Environmental licence granted to Terrafame’s battery chemicals plant by the Northern Finland Regional State Administrative Agency (RSAA)

Terrafame has today 20 January, 2021 received the environmental licence to its battery chemicals plant from the Northern Finland Regional State Administrative Agency. Commercial production at the plant will be started in April 2021.

The positive decision on the environmental licence enables the start-up of the plant in planned schedule. Main points of the decision are in line with the permit application and battery chemicals plant can be operated as planned with this permit decision.
